1. WHO AM I?

MONTHS 1 & 2

Most people don’t know themselves as well as they think. The better you know yourself, the more aware you are when you show up well in situations and when you don’t. Awareness is developed through personality assessments, spiritual health inventories, and a directed dialogue between the athlete and coach.

2. WHO IS GOD?

MONTHS 3 & 4

If you ask someone who God is, you’ll get one answer. Put that same person through a significant struggle in life and you’re likely to get a different answer. In this phase, coaches introduce athletes to a full and foundational view of God. Here is where athletes bring their tough questions and, through Bible study and soul care, they learn how to articulate a view of God they can own, even on difficult days.

3. HOW DO I GROW?

MONTHS 5 & 6

When you walk into the gym, you expect to grow. Whether that’s strength, conditioning, or a combination, athletes want their workouts in the gym to count. In the final phase of Personal Training, our coaches introduce athletes to the spiritual exercises designed to help them grow. Coaches teach the methodology behind these exercises as well as how to apply them to an athlete’s spiritual life. Athletes then get to try new exercises and journal their progress as they prepare to continue developing spiritual fitness on their own.
